I was born and raised in Kansas City, Mo, specifically Raymore.
I just got married to my Husband, Justin, this past May! We have been together for almost six years now and we have a little "son" pet child Barkley! My husband and I are no strangers to a busy lifestyle as we have both had full-time jobs and been athletes our entire lives! We wouldn't be able to make it through our days without the support of one another. Last year I really leaned on my husband for his support as I got the opportunity to travel back and forth every week to dance for the Kansas City Chiefs. I can't thank him enough for his support!
WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT PHYSIQUE FITNESS?
I love that Physique Fitness is different then any other gym or studio I have know in the past. The energy is contagious from the Physique staff, and it radiates happiness to anyone that walks in the doors. I love that Physique promotes beauty in every aspect, On the inside and out. Physique is about being healthy and being the best you. Everyone that works at Physique truly wants to help one another and the clients and build everyone up. I love that Physique is more of a lifestyle, a home away from home, where anyone can feel comfortable warm and welcome.

My Favorite Season is Spring because I love the smell of the spring rain. I love to see the freshly bloomed plants and everything is so green!!!!
WHAT INSPIRES YOU TO TEACH FITNESS?
I have been active my entire life. I have done everything from cheer leading, gymnastics and soccer, but dance is what has stuck with me since I was little all the way to high school, competitive teams, college dance team, minoring in dance, teaching dance and finally my professional career. It is a love and a passion of mine. It wasn't until about a year ago as I was preparing for my professional dance season that I found my other passion. I fell in love with fitness. It wasn't just my usual going to the gym and taking a class here and there. I began to really dig deep into learning new techniques and how they affected and could change my body and mind to make me a happier and healthier person. I found that group classes were the best way to exercise because people feed off of each others energy and that is so amazing to watch. After learning how big of an affect fitness had on my life I wanted to share that with others and watch people get excited about becoming healthier and happier in their own lives.
